What can you do with this app?
The application is created for marking and managing employee attendance. The application consists of two parts, the first - The main application, which can be installed on a device with the Android operating system (ideally a tablet, but any mobile phone is also possible) and is used to manage the attendance system. The data is stored directly in the device and can be further shared in various forms, eg with a computer.
The second part - The employee's application that can be installed on the employee's mobile phone and will further be used to generate an attendance QR code, which verifies the arrival / departure.
The application can also be used in the mode without the second part and arrivals and departures can only be confirmed using the employee's PIN. This option, however, does not guarantee the control of the employee's personal presence at the time of departure / arrival marking.
In general:
The application allows you to record and evaluate employee attendance. All this without monthly flat fees. In the basic version for 3 employees, the application is completely free. For a larger number of employees, it is enough to purchase a one-time extension to the required number of employees.
What the application can:
1) Record arrivals, departures and various types of breaks.
2) Identify the worker, so the time won't be marked by another person.
3) Assign working hours to predefined projects.
4) Recognize public holidays and various types of obstacles at work.
5) Monitor the set working hours and point out non-compliance.
6) Generate monthly or other defined timed attendance reports in xls format for further processing (payments, project hours ....).
7) Share reports in different ways.
8) In the administrator access, manage accounts and employee settings.
For the attendance system, it is necessary to set aside one mobile phone or tablet as an attendance terminal. The attendance application is running on this terminal in recording mode. Depending on the selected level, it is possible to recognize the employee using the assigned PIN, or using the support application for employees ("Attendance - employee identification") with the generated QR code on the employee's phone.

In general:

The application is not necessary for marking arrival / departure. Alternatively, the employee can also use the assigned PIN. However, the method of using a PIN is not as secure as using an employee's application. The application is functional only in conjunction with the "Attendance" application.
